Important message from your body

Dear being

Hello I am your body. I’m like a pet you are responsible for looking after. Please feed me nutritious food that I like and that will allow me to a live healthy long life, let me move the way I want to and ask me what I want.

I am the most faithful being in your life. I am always there with you and I love you unconditionally so please allow me to breathe in unrestrictive and natural clothes and well fitting shoes, take me out win nature so I can breathe clean air and feed me the purest water you can get. this will allow me to take you bushwalking with ease, show you amazing sunsets and do the activities you like to do. By the way, I like dancing.

Please keep me free of drugs that will harm my health and cause me injury as well as interfere with my operating systems. Please talk to me with kindness. I am faithful to you no matter how I look. I am a mini earth with mountains, rivers, tributaries and air. I have my own ecosystem of healthy bacteria and organisms that make sure my mini earth body keeps working well.

You actually don’t own me.  I have my own consciousness. I keep my heart beating, blood pumping, air going in and out, food processing and many other things operating, without you having to do a thing. I run my own ship fine with good fuel. I am not your enemy So please don’t try to kill me.

We are meant to work together. Me as a mini earth and you as a mini cosmos to create the embodiment of heaven on earth.

Please be my friend so we can work together. I plead with you. love me.

We can be so powerful as a team. You ever faithful partner
