 Over many years I have worked with many bodies and the people in them. The most benefit comes from when both of us relax, follow the energy and our intuition and go on a journey without expectation.

I am qualified in sport and remedial massage, Hawaiian lomi lomi, Craniosacral therapy, Neurostructural integration, Access Bars & bodywork and have been working with bodies formally since the year 2000. I work with the energy of the body and am eclectic in what I do, based on what your body tells me it wants! If you can surrender and work with me with your intuition then we can create miracles. Be prepared for an eclectic mix of things tailored to your needs and desires.

Neurostructural Integration, Cranial Sacral work, Access Bars and body processes and energy work can all be given fully clothed, Hawaiian massage is done with your beautiful body covered with a sarong, which is adjusted as I move around your body.

I have over 35yrs experience as a counselling Psychologist and clinical supervisor, so I am very conscious of trauma and well able to work with anything that arises to ensure you feel safe.

I have always combined my bodywork with elements of my mentoring practice and verbal processing as we exist not in isolation from our mind, spirit and soul so be prepared for something different as we go on a journey together!!

Hawaiian massage and energy healing

I have studied two different family lineages of Hawaiian massage, one from Maui and the other from the big Island. I have completed 6 levels of training in Kahuna bodywork and first started offering these to clients in the year 2000. They were blown away, and left me so many beautiful messages of their experiences. It was very humbling and an honour to be part of their journey. If you want to feel deeply nurtured, supported and loved, this is the massage!!

Hawaiian massage also includes the capacity to do deep facial and muscular release throughout the process. There is also a form of body stretching similar to Zen Thai massage, that is great for very tight large muscle groups and surrendering into release. here are some client comments:

Neurostructural integration technique (NST) & cranio sacral therapy (CST)

NST can be compared to an advanced form of Bowen therapy. I had treatments off the late Tom Bowen and he was highly effective, although rather lacking in bedside manner. He previously treated Melbourne cup racehorses who were having musculoskeletal issues, so his technique could be rather strong! A number of practitioners studied with him directly, and came from chiropractic and osteopathic backgrounds. Their styles are quite different. Mine is somewhere in between. This is a brilliant technique for realigning the structures of the body, releasing fascia and allowing the body to find new ease, movement and harmony, affecting all systems and neural networks. It is done fully clothed.

I usually combine this with cranio sacral therapy to release cranial structures and tight fascia impacting the central nervous system, overall health and vitality, as they marry well together. Since combining CST and NST, I no longer offer remedial sports massage- which I completed training in in 2002, and offer the Hawaiian massage only.

All of these are fully clothed. The Bars is is a series of access points on the head that can clear deeply held beliefs that no longer serve you, patterns or loops of thinking that you are stuck in, emotional stuckness and trauma. it is immensely potent when done with presence, a clear mind and an open heart. I usually combine this technique with the equally potent verbal processing tools that help to shift energy stuck in the body. I have experienced and witnessed incredible shifts in my clients and myself.

The bodywork is a large collection of energy shifting tools that we will tune into and use your body’s innate intelligence to select from. it may feel similar to receiving reiki. all of these are a co creation.
