I first qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 1986, and worked as an Australian Defence Force Psychologist for over 6 years, in my own practice for many years and for the not for profit organisation, Relationships Australia, both in Tasmania and Queensland, where I supervised accross 11 different state and federal funded programs.

I specialised in relationship counselling, trauma counselling, addictions and contracted with government agencies such as Workcover Australia, Department of Veteran Affairs, Road Traffic Authority, Antarctic Division, Weather Bureau and others.
