Clinical Supervision - professional
Are you a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Social Worker, First responder or support worker in the human services field?
Do you need professional clinical supervision and debriefing?
I have three decades of experience supervising across all sectors of welfare.
I first qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 1986, and worked as an Australian Defence Force Psychologist for over 6 years, in my own practice for many years and for the not for profit organisation, Relationships Australia, both in Tasmania and Queensland, where I supervised accross 11 different state and federal funded programs.
As a Psychologist, I specialised in relationship counselling, trauma counselling, addictions and was on contract with government agencies such as Workcover Australia, Department of Veteran Affairs, Road Traffic Authority, Antarctic Division, Weather Bureau and others. I have supervised extensively in the Domestic Violence, Child Protection and Trauma fields and in general debriefing and supervision.
I prefer the 7 eyed model of supervision where we look at things from many perspectives.

Fee: Although I have 3 decades of experience as a Counselling Psychologist and as a Clinical Supervisor, I do not believe that the going rates for Supervision are accessable for those workers on lower incomes - (the standard fee per hour for a Psychologist is $300/hr), so please discuss with me your work, and we can come to a fair fee. My standard fee without adjustment is $200/hr. Investing in yourself is paramount for a long lasting career and for your own mental health and wellbeing.
Her work is characterized by thoroughness, attention to detail & sensitive antennae for potential ethical dilemmas. She demonstrates respect, impartiality & positive regard in her sessions. She is able to hold multiple layers of complexity simultaneously. I have been impressed with the extent of Soleil’s skills, her willingness to try new approaches, her process & use of self.
