Clinical Supervision - professional

Are you a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Social Worker, First responder or support worker in the human services field?

Do you need professional clinical supervision and debriefing?

I have three decades of experience supervising across all sectors of welfare.

I have honestly felt very comfortable to discuss many issues for the first time in a number of years and you will be very missed from our team here in Toowoomba. You are spot on. You really understand people -Kathy (DFV worker)

‘Thank you so much for the laughter and the colour that you brought to our supervision sessions and our chats in general.  I very much enjoyed working with you and I do hope that we meet again in the future.  .. I hope you get all of the support and accolades that you deserve’. Maria - (Mediator)

‘Thankyou for being my supervisor. Have learnt a lot and appreciated you challenging me suggesting resources and being there for me when times were tough. Felt safe in your hands and respect your depth of knowledge and ability to help me self monitor my practice. I am glad we had this opportunity’ Melita. (Relationships Counselor)

Testimonials from supervisors and colleagues:

‘Soleil has an Interpersonally Sensitive Style of Supervision and this is very much appreciated by me.  Strengths of Soleil that I seek to more fully adopt in my own practice as a Supervisor include her use of silence and her skill in questioning’. Karen.

You were absolutely the right person to work with our team.  I know you have had to offer a lot of support and guidance to me since I started and I cannot thank you enough for that help.  I think your experience and expertise in the sector is evident JS (Team Leader)

Soleil is an ethical and conscientious supervisor and continues to deliver best practice models to her supervisees with good boundaries and good use of transparency. Kate -(Supervisor)

‘Soleil’s work illustrates an integrated therapist; she is congruent across personal demeanour, interventions & espoused framework. Her work is characterized by thoroughness, attention to detail & sensitive antennae for potential ethical dilemmas. She demonstrates respect, impartiality & positive regard in her sessions….creates a space where it is safe for the client to explore their emotional world. She adopts a very eclectic style of counselling having the ability to use many different models and theories of counselling such as CBT, systemic, existentialism, narrative, symbol work, Gestalt.  She is able to hold multiple layers of complexity simultaneously…file-notes are a pleasure to peruse. ..She uses supervision effectively, she is always prepared with a case or topic to discuss, is transparent in her process & use of self.  ..I have been impressed with the extent of Soleil’s skills, her willingness to try new approaches and to go where the client needs to go using these skills. Her maturity as a counsellor and her confidence in her abilities are vital factors in her success’ - Pam - supervisor

My standard fee without adjustment is $200/hr. Investing in yourself is paramount for a long lasting career and for your own mental health and wellbeing.
