Soleil’s Qualifications

A huge part of what I see as qualifications is the ‘walking the talk’, applying learning and gathering much life experience with many different people. I am by nature a kinaesthetic learner so i very much like to experience things and gather wisdom, not just knowledge. I am always my first experiment!

It is such an honour to work with people who want to step into their loving power and potential. 

During the extensive time I have spent facilitating others to become self empowered (- decades!!) I have accumulated a wide variety of skills, a large amount of life experience, insight and wisdom, written 6 books, had my own weekly newspaper column and been on radio and TV.

I first started counseling at the ripe old age of 16 after completing lifeline training and working at the University student counseling centre for three years whilst I completed my degree.

I have been on my own journey of self empowerment too and I have healed from traumas, faced death head on a number of times and uncovered how to become self- empowered.  My aim has always been to be as clear, present and loving as is possible.

Institutional quals:

  • Qualified counsellor and psychologist and have been facilitating others into their power ever since, using a blend of creative, mainstream, Buddhist, Taoist and Hawaiian principles, including art, symbols and music

  • Diploma of Art (design) - I worked as an hotel chain and city council interior designer, paint silk, do dot paintings digital art and mandalas as well as use art in workshops and with clients

  • Diploma of Management - I have worked in senior management and leadership positions, studied leadership as well as been a senior Army captain doing over 6 years of service. I have also worked as a project manager in interior fitout and in the health sector

  • Trained in marketing & negotiation,

  • Qualified family dispute resolution practitioner

  • Certified NLP practitioner

  • Certified Colour Therapist, Aromatherapist and Herbal Medicine practitioner

  • Qualified bodywork practitioner - sports and Hawaiian massage, cranio sacral therapy and advanced neurostructural integration, Access Bars and bodywork, with many years of experience

  • Qualified in workplace training and group facilitation both clinical therapeutic groups and training/workshop based and have been facilitating workshops and groups for many years

  • Studied Coaching with compassion - and compliant with the ethical guidelines of the ICF (International Coaching Federation)

  • continual student of life and my soul wisdom and lover of nature and animals to the max.
