Gondwana Essences
These are High Vibrational nature essences that have come through to assist us in this time of ascending our consiousness and remembering who and what we are: the Divine in form. Please read below to find out more.
Ancient Tree medicine
Ever since I was a young child, I had a strong affinity with trees. I used to sit for hours at a time, up in the branches of various trees on our property. Each tree had its own personality. We had a Faerie tree, who was a Cypress pine, Ironbarks and various other Eucalypts and Gums.
I would often hear my name whispered by them and the other Earth Devas and we would sit in communion, peace and gratitude for each other. I felt seen by the trees and they felt seen by me.
Gondwana Essences TM have been birthed out of tuning into the vibrations of our tree friends and the inner knowing that now is the time for their medicine to be seen and felt by many more.
In Australia we have a few surviving and World Heritage listed stands of trees belonging to the ancient Gondwana land that existed when Australia was still connected to Antarctica 165 million years ago. These trees, known as Nothofagus Moorei or Antarctic Beech, once lived on Antarctica before the Ice age and when Dinosaurs ruled the earth.
These trees grow by sending out new shoots radially from the base of the original trunk, which grow into new trees off the parent tree, eventually forming a ring of trunks, all belonging to the one tree root ball. The circumference of this can be up to 2.3 metres of solid root above the ground and 13m diameter of visible roots. They can also reach heights of 80m.
The Antarctic Beech used in Gondwana Essences is estimated to be around 5000 years old.
Nature spirits
As a child I also had a deep connection to the animals and other critters, especially lizards, which I would watch for hours. This connection has continued throughout my life, and my friends are always commenting on how animals just wander in to my house and my life and want to make connection with me.
I have also always had a very strong connection with Mother Earth, the elementals and the ground on which I walk. I have done much grid work in both Australia and overseas, energy work and healing work on the land both above and below, clearing such things and the energy from the land, of the massacres that happened to the Australian First Nations peoples. This can be very intense work!!
Gondwana Essences TM have had the blessing and contribution of many of our native animals and birds, especially the local Kookaburras, Goannas and Frogs.

I have had crystal friends most of my life and have had them call me to them both below and above the earth from all over the world. I have bought many who wanted to come home with me and equally given most of them away as called to do so by them. Most recently I started working with Andaras, who are obsidian like and very much new frequencies for what we are needing now. They are Lemurian and Atlantic and they are incredibly powerful, gentle, supportive and loving.

I would like to thank my parents, for being their Hippy artistic selves. My mum for introducing me to crystals, and all things esoteric, and my father for sharing his deep connection to and honour of trees and the ocean.

Way back, (many suns ago), in 1990-1992, I studied Herbal medicine, formulation, and Aromatherapy. Over the years I have made creams and potions of varying kinds and uses, but mostly just for friends, family and my own personal use. I have never used synthetic anything on my skin and and super careful what I put in my body. I have a long standing commitment to natural ingredients that are also effective.
Recently I was called to formulate a new cream, and add it to my shop. It decided its name was to be ‘Face the Future’.
