We are based in Australia, but can ship to western Europe, the USA, Canada, New Zealand and the UK.

We ship based upon weight that falls into standard weight ranges. We use Australia Post standard parcel shipping. We usually wont ship overseas over 1kg weight as we find it is cost prohibitive for our international brothers and sisters

We are happy to accept returns and offer a full refund of cost and shipping on our essences and creams where it is clear our product is defective. We pack our items very well to ensure where possible they are free from any damage during shipping. Please contact us if you have any concerns as we would rather work something out than have you unhappy.

Gondwana Essences™ uses a young blanc Tequila to preserve the essence

Splendour Essences use a variety of alcohols including aged rum and brandy to preserve the essence

Absolutely not! All raw ingredients are animal cruelty free. Soleil has been a decade long campaigner for animal rights.

We do not ship to China for this reason.

All products are small batch hand made in sterile conditions in Victoria Australia. Soleil was first trained in formulating in 1990.
