Module 3 – Integrate
Well done for hanging in there. I hope you have noticed how much happier and more empowered you feel after doing all the activities. As I have said before, they may appear simple on the surface but they are deep and facilitate change at a deep level within you. If you are a bit behind, that is totally fine. Take your time and make sure you honour yourself by really thinking about and getting into the activities. This program is for you to dig deep and reveal all the amazing aspects of you and your gifts and authentic character. We have been tipping out the old to make way for the new in your life, so this is important work to not rush through. However, I hope you have been making sufficient time for yourself to do this work. The world needs your special self.
So in this module we will be embedding your new tools, strategies, attitudes and behaviours into your daily life. It is about bringing everything together and inspiring you to keep going on your quest to evolve and reclaim who you really are. I don’t believe in having to stick to a strict routine. I think it is best when you have your list of items and then you act on them when you are inspired to do so, because they make you feel great.
We will not be doing anything new (phew you say!!), but building on what you have already done to take it to the next level.
I haven’t gone into nutrition or health and exercise, but eating food that is high in nutritional value and doing some form of exercise that you love daily all serve to nourish your body, which is the temple of your soul. It is the vehicle through which we get to experience life.
If you are not sure what food is best for your body, this is a way to check in. Always ask your body what it wants as this can change from moment to moment and day to day. Stand up and hold the food in your hands and ask your body if it wants to eat it. If your body wants it, it will lean forward. if it doesn’t want it, it will lean backwards. if it is neutral you won’t move. you can also use this method to test how much of something your body wants. eg for supplements. how many scoops or capsules it wants today. Your body will respond and be so much happier when you consider what it wants. It is an incredibly wise organism.

WEEK 9
Week 9 – Rehearse
Welcome to week 9. You are on the home stretch.
We are going to be strengthening all the changes you have made so they start to be embedded in your daily practice and become natural. Remember you want to be doing all of the things on the list in the intro to module 3, as this builds your self-empowerment quotient. It is core strength for your life.
Here are some ‘self-empowerment principles for living’ for a daily reminder.

This week is about being inspired and committed. Sometimes when we have been doing lots of work, we can feel we are not getting anywhere as we can’t see the forest for the trees, as the saying goes.
Activity 1: remembering
So with this in mind, please sit still for 10 minutes and remember how you felt when you started this program. Remember any confusion, dissatisfaction, feelings of unhappiness and resentment.
Now think about the changes you have made already, just in 2 months! Think about how these changes have had an impact upon your life, your family, your stress levels, your sense of self and identity, your spirituality, and the energy and passion you are tapping into.
How does the you 2 months ago compare to the you now?
Think about how committed you have been to this program and this process, and to the most important project you have ever had:
your happiness.
Have you given it your all? Have you completely committed to you? If you have, super well done for honouring yourself. If you have had other life challenges along the way, then be kind to yourself. All the tools and strategies you have learnt are applicable to the rest of your life, so pick yourself up when you are ready and get back into it. Focus on something every day that brings you closer to the most authentic you. This is a big key to happiness.
Practice makes permanent.
If you have not fully committed to yourself and your happiness, ask yourself why is that? Are there still barriers and beliefs in your way? You may like to return to that section in week one and explore some more.
Activity 2: who am I with?
Spend 10-15 minutes sitting quietly thinking about your environment both physical as in your house and nature, emotional as in your relationships with friends and family and spiritual, as in your connection to all that is.
Are all of these supporting you? Are you in the most supportive environment that you can be in? As we make such deep changes in ourselves, we need positive and supportive people around us and the right conditions to thrive.
Going back to the note on how your family and friends can struggle with your emerging changes, now that you reflect, who is there for you – even if they don’t really understand what is happening, who supports you and loves you no matter what? Who is being negative and putting you down or trying to sabotage your changes? Is your house and surrounds set up to allow you some space for private still time? Is there a harmonious environment around you? (this is half your responsibility as well of course).
Are there any changes you need to make to support your journey more? Have there been any times when you may have spoken harshly or rudely to someone as you were going through all this work? Do you need to say any ‘I’m sorrys’? Do you need to apologise to yourself for anything? For neglecting your needs? Do you need to make connections with likeminded others as a means of support? We all need at least one other person to help encourage us and inspire us to do our work. We are relational beings.
Make a list or mental note of any changes that you are going to make to support yourself more fully.

WEEK 10
Week 10 – Re-unify
Welcome to week 10. How have you been going? I hope that you have been gentle and kind with yourself on your journey and are loving yourself more and more each day. Sometimes it is hard and we go through teething challenges as we learn to remove all that is in the way of us shining as bright as we can. But I can tell you it gets easier and easier, so please keep going and please ask for help from trusted friends and contacts. Life is not meant to be effortful and stressful. It is meant to happen with ease and relaxation and this is when we are self-empowered. It is how we approach life from the appreciation of all that removes our suffering.
We let go of clinging onto things and craving for things and people and we fully inhabit the now moment and realise that everything is happening for us, not to us.
This week is about living from heart centred consciousness. What is this? This is simply being aware of what we do in each moment and choosing the path of unconditional love in whatever we do, both for ourselves and others. It is coming from the heart with awareness and conscious action. Mindfulness if you like. From the words and thoughts, you choose, to the food you put in your mouth, to the behaviours you exhibit to others and yourself. Everything transmits a vibrational and frequency energy that impacts us, others and the world.
When you are living from this place, synchronicity occurs, and amazing things and people come into your life. You seem to get more ‘co-incidences’ in your life, which just tells you that you are living in alignment with your soul. This is what co-incidences are. They tell you you are on the right track. You are re-unifying with your soul and heart.
Life is amazing and we are here to live it to the fullest, and have fun doing it!!
So, be happy and let that rub off on others. It’s not your role to change them, only radiate love. In the presence of that they will transform, but be aware that they do so at their pace for their journey, not at your pace.
Activity 1. Living from the heart
So this week is all about living from heart centred consciousness. Be aware of each word and thought and action you do this week both for yourself and others, at home and at work, on public transport or at a party. Wherever you are. And just notice what happens. If you notice something judgemental you are saying or thinking, then just aim to change that to a more loving approach. Be a model for today of your highest values and then again tomorrow. You are shining the way for others to follow.

Week 11 – Renew
Welcome to week 11. Wow you have come so far. Super well done. I hope you are proud of yourself. As I said earlier this is courageous work you are doing, so compliment yourself on what you have accomplished. Speak yourself into your magnificence.
This week is about checking in and staying on track. It is also about making any adjustments or tweaks to what you are doing that reflect the changes in thinking and behaving you have developed. We are not here to eliminate the mind, it is an amazing tool, that when used consciously can help you achieve miracles. We are not here to eliminate the ego either as some people may have you believe. The ego is our personality that when in its purest form, is joyous and liberated. However, when plugged into toxic thinking and striving to be a ‘better person’ it can lead you into stress and disharmony. So this program is about liberating the ego from itself and inviting the mind into relaxation so that joy and peace can prevail.
Activity 1 – relaxed inspired action
This week is about listening to your intuition and following it wherever possible. This happens when you are relaxed. So if you approach each moment in a relaxed state, your intuition can guide you to the next moment. As much as possible this week, don’t plan anything. Don’t plan what you are going to wear, do or where you are going. Obviously you may still have a job to go to, but outside of that, see if you can be as spontaneous as possible. Be inspired to do something and then do it, and don’t be afraid to stop half way through if something else inspires you. Allow yourself to have a number of things in process.
When you live like this you are at your most creative, because you are not forcing anything to happen. as soon as you tire of doing something, stop. And do something else. Maybe you are inspired to work on something for hours. That is fine, just pay attention to your needs and when it stops being fun or inspired. You stop too.
Activity 2 – shaking up stuckness
Similar to activity 1, this is about doing an audit on where in your life you may have reached a plateau and a lull, and then doing something different to shift this stuckness. Eg, if you have been cycling for months and feel like you have hit a wall, change your exercise routine. Bring in some new energy. If you always drive one way to work, go a new way. See what you can do differently each day or each week to stop yourself from getting stuck in routine. Many of us have been conditioned to think we need a routine in our life for exercise eating etc, but how many of us enjoy this? Routine can get boring, so lets shake it up!! What can you do differently this week?
If you are having a fabulous day, ask yourself why? And how you can encourage more of that into your life in creative ways. Use this to help you shift the stuck patterns.

Week 12 – Re-engage
Congratulations! You are in the last week of the program. I am proud of you and what you have done. Remember you can revisit any of the weeks as you need to if you would like to work on new things or to refresh yourself on what you have done. I’m so excited to hear how everything has gone from you so please get in touch once you have finished. I am happy to hear all and any feedback you have to give, whatever it is.
So how are you going living self-empowered and embodying self-love? These principles are daily things to be mindful of until it becomes automatic, so if you have had some disruptions to the program for whatever reason, allow yourself plenty of time for things to fully integrate into your being. You want self-love and self-empowerment to be as natural and automatic as breathing and your heart beating. This can take time so be patient and focus on each day at a time. Even each moment at a time. Everything is all as it should be and happening to help you remove the clouds from in front of your sun.

Refer to the principles for empowered living and see if you are travelling ok and if you need to make any tweaks. Make a new action plan if you need to
Activity 2 : the temple of your soul
As we are spirits having a human experience on earth, we need a body, and we need our body to be in optimum condition as it is the temple of our soul. It allows us to play in this adventure called life. So are you looking after your temple? Are you eating nutritious ethical and organic food? Are you drinking plenty of fresh clean water to hydrate your cells and organs? Are you doing some form of exercise daily to stretch and enliven your body? Are you staying as free from caffeine sugar and alcohol as possible? Are you happy with what you are putting in your mouth and on your body - such as creams and shampoos? Would you be prepared to eat what you are putting on your body? Your skin is a high absorbent covering.
When our body is functioning well we can function better and get less tired and lethargic. Have you noticed what happens to your energy levels when you eat or drink certain things? Sometimes food will have toxic effects on our body, especially if it is highly processed. If you are already eating well, that is fantastic, but if there are some areas that need modification, make a commitment as part of loving yourself (which includes your physical body), to eliminate those foods which lower your energy levels. Perhaps try drinking fresh vegetable juices in the morning to help kickstart your organs.
Remember to ensure you are getting a restful sleep and adjust lighting in your bedroom or remove TVs to reduce overstimulation of your central nervous system before sleep. Sleeping is when our body and mind regenerate and when our higher self can speak to us. We want to make the conditions optimum.
And remember to relax and breathe deep and slow. You are amazing and always remember this.
